Just starting out…: 1 year, 5 months ago · ViewHi, I had some bloodwork done, and my creatine level was elevated. I believe the norm is up to 1.0 and mine was 1.24. It is my understanding that creatine is produced in the kidneys, and this is disturbing to me. I have only been practicing UT for 3 mo., but still, I thought this sort of thing would not happen. Especially not in the kidneys! Any thoughts? Thanks.

They say you can lead a horse to the well but you can´t make him drink! or When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Thanks so much, Jodie. I think it goes beyond the nervous system, but I am pretty much new to it so I really can´t say, but I appreciate you´re input.

I need to mention that i have been meditating twice daily for18mo., and one of the primary benefits is to rid the body of toxins, obstructions, and literally cleans the entire nervous system. Maybe that will make a difference with the meds and UT. Can somebody help me? Thanks.

Bravo! Good for you! How much weight have you lost? You know, words don´t really mean anything, but after awhile, (how long have you been practicing?) they can see for themselves the obvious changes and will be jealous! Keep on trucking!

If you think the nervous system has something to do with it, you are probably correct. I have been talking also about Upper Cervical Chiropractic adjustments. Pressure on the base of your brain stem from a misaligned atlas, is the root cause of further nervous system dysfunction and immune problems. Your brains capacity to recognize and heal is decreased when there is a bone putting pressure on it where the spinal cord and brain meet. It’s like stepping on a hose with water coming out. Water still comes out, but not at 100%. Take your foot off the hose and water flows at regular capacity. I hope that makes sense. http://www.furshmananddavis.com will educate you like they have done for me.

Hi guys, I used my gut, and threw it out. No way was I going to put something that really smelled rank and like ammonia on my face. I have another cup I´ll use.

My question is this: I was taught with amaroli therapy to only drink first urine, midstream, of the morning. With no liquids or food before hand, as the liquids would dilute it and the food would somehow change the quality. The question is this: I have read people who drink they´re urine throughout the day. Is this still beneficial?

Hi everybody, I am a regular meditator for a few years and live a spiritual life. I first heard of urine therapy called amaroli via as a spiritual enhancement technique. Since then, I have researched much on amaroli and urine therapy. I practice daily ingestion of amaroli and topical application of urine throughout the body. This is very fascinating to me, and I find that the more I know, the more I want to know! I am an American living in Germany, married to a German for 22 years, and have 11 year old twin sons. I enjoy gardening, reading, baking, and now am teaching myself to knit. That´s all I can think of right now. Glad to be a part of a group that have the same interest as I do! nirmal
