Hi, I had some bloodwork done, and my creatine level was elevated. I believe the norm is up to 1.0 and mine was 1.24. It is my understanding that creatine is produced in the kidneys, and this is disturbing to me. I have only been practicing UT for 3 mo., but still, I thought this sort of thing would not happen. Especially not in the kidneys!… Read more

I need to mention that i have been meditating twice daily for18mo., and one of the primary benefits is to rid the body of toxins, obstructions, and literally cleans the entire nervous system. Maybe that will make a difference with the meds and UT. Can somebody help me? Thanks.

My question is this: I was taught with amaroli therapy to only drink first urine, midstream, of the morning. With no liquids or food before hand, as the liquids would dilute it and the food would somehow change the quality. The question is this: I have read people who drink they´re urine throughout the day. Is this still beneficial?
